As CTO and Co-Founder of MindStaq, he is designing an extensible operating system for the modern enterprise — and at CodePlans, applying that same systems thinking to a problem every engineering team feels but few tools have properly addressed.

Barry Rodrigues brings 28 years of strategic grit, honed across global enterprises and diverse verticals, to CodePlans where he is responsible for product positioning and growth. As the founder of NexGen Digital, he is obsessed with helping B2B startups skip the fluff and scale for real revenue — fusing enterprise-level insight with lean, startup-speed execution to build marketing engines.
